Requires an engineered concrete foundation with embedded anchor bolts.

Buildings are engineered specifically for the foundation layout. 

Beams are welded and bolted at joints for superior structural integrity.  

Pre-drilled and pre-cut for faster build.

Engineered to meet local wind, snow, and seismic codes.

Allows for large clear-span interiors (no interior columns).

Uses 26-guage or 24-guage steel panels for roof & walls.

Can include insulated panels for energy efficiency. 

Prefabricated parts reduce construction time and labor costs.

Erected faster than traditional buildings of comparable size.
